Xeno Comics Subscription & Pre-Order Terms of Service

Please review and agree to the following Terms of Service to create a subscription account with Xeno Comics.

A subscription account allows you to maintain recurring subscriptions for comic titles and other eligible publications, as well as request items from our pre-order catalogue.

Setting Up Your Subscription Account

• Create or sign in to your account.

• If you have previously purchased from our online store, you may already have an account.

• Select your subscriptions.

• Choose the titles you would like us to reserve for you. Available titles may include comics, magazines, collected editions, and other products offered through participating publishers and distributors.

• Review Final Order Cutoff dates.

• Comic publishers and distributors establish a Final Order Cutoff (FOC) date for most upcoming releases. After FOC has passed, Xeno Comics may no longer be able to guarantee a copy.

• When adding a title to your subscription, please review which upcoming issue will be the first issue included in your subscription.

Subscription Pulls

Items ordered through your subscription account will be reserved for you as they arrive.

Customers with items in their subscription file are expected to purchase or otherwise make arrangements for their reserved items at least once every 30 days.

If reserved items remain unpaid for more than 30 days, Xeno Comics may contact you by email, telephone, or another contact method associated with your account.

If we do not hear from you within seven days after that notice, the items may be considered abandoned, returned to store inventory, and your subscription account may be suspended or cancelled.

We understand that things happen. If you need additional time, please contact us before your hold period expires and we will do our best to work with you.

Pre-Orders

Certain special-order or pre-order items may require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed.

Pre-orders are subject to publisher, distributor, and manufacturer availability. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee fulfillment if an item is cancelled, allocated, delayed, or otherwise unavailable through the distributor.

When a pre-ordered item arrives, Xeno Comics will hold it for two weeks unless other arrangements have been made.

Pre-order deposits may be subject to the following cancellation policy:

• A cancelled pre-order may be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid when cancellation is requested within 48 hours of placing the order.

• After 48 hours, deposits may become non-refundable, particularly when Xeno Comics has already committed to ordering the item from a distributor or supplier.

• If Xeno Comics is unable to fulfill an order because the publisher, manufacturer, or distributor cancels the item or cannot supply it, any applicable deposit paid toward that item will be refunded.

Subscription Discounts

Xeno Comics rewards customers who maintain multiple active comic subscriptions. Subscription discounts are based on the number of active titles associated with the customer's subscription account.

Current subscription discount tiers:

3 active titles: 5% discount

5 active titles: 10% discount

10 or more active titles: 15% discount

Subscription discounts apply to eligible comics purchased through the Xeno Comics subscription service. Subscription discounts do not automatically apply to other merchandise, collectibles, special orders, pre-orders, sale merchandise, or other non-subscription purchases unless specifically stated by Xeno Comics.

Discount eligibility is determined by the number of active subscriptions on the customer's account. Adding or removing titles may change the customer's applicable discount tier.

Xeno Comics reserves the right to modify its subscription program, eligibility requirements, or discount tiers with reasonable notice.

Final Order Cutoff (FOC)

FOC is the final date provided by a distributor or publisher for retailers to adjust their orders for an upcoming release.

Orders or subscription changes submitted after FOC are not guaranteed.

Xeno Comics will make reasonable efforts to obtain requested items after FOC, but availability may depend on distributor inventory, reprints, second printings, or other market availability.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for keeping their account information and contact details current.

Subscription accounts are intended for items the customer genuinely intends to purchase. Repeated abandonment of reserved merchandise, excessive cancellations, or misuse of the subscription system may result in restrictions or cancellation of subscription privileges.

Xeno Comics reserves the right to modify these terms as our subscription service, distributors, or store policies change. Any updated terms will apply to future subscription activity and pre-orders.

By creating or maintaining a subscription account with Xeno Comics, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
